The Garden Graze at Flower & Garden gives you the chance to earn a complimentary prize as you purchase food at select booths around the festival.

The 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival started on March 4 and runs through June 1.

Here’s how it works and what dishes you need to buy this year in order to get your free treat.

How Garden Graze Works

This is how the Garden Graze works each year.

Pick up a festival passport

As soon as you enter the park, you’ll need to pick up a festival passport. If you forget to grab one at the entrance, don’t worry, because you can also find passports at the different booths, in select stores, and at the festival marketplaces.

Buy a specific number of festival items

The Garden Graze doesn’t cost anything extra, but you will have to purchase festival items.

There are only a select amount of dishes that you can purchase for the walk. They will be labeled in your passport.

You don’t have to buy them all — usually, only 5.

Get your passport stamped

Each time you buy a Garden Graze item, make sure you have the Cast Member at the cash register stamp your passport.

There is a specific page in your passport where the stamp goes.

Claim your prize

Once you’ve collected each stamp, you’ll bring your passport to the location noted in your passport. All you have to do is show all of your stamps to a Cast Member, they’ll place a completer stamp in your passport, and then hand you your complimentary prize.

Important: You can complete the food stroll at your own leisure during the festival, but you must complete it before the Flower & Garden end date.

2026 Garden Graze Prize

Once you’ve collected your 5 stamps, you’ll take your passport to the Pineapple Promenade Outdoor Kitchen near Port of Entry.

If there isn’t a line at the booth, you can simply go to the far left window to pick up your prize.

Sometimes the line can get very long here, so you may have to wait a bit. Be sure to plan accordingly.

Once you’re at the second window, all you have to do is let them know you’ve completed the graze and show them your passport. They’ll give you a completer stamp in your passport and then give you your prize.

This 2026 complimentary prizes include…

A Dole Whip pineapple and vanilla swirl (both are plant-based) served in an adorable souvenir cup. Plus, you also get a packet of wildflower seeds.
