The 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival returned March 4 and runs through June 1 at EPCOT. This is truly the most stunning festival, with lots of vegetarian offerings!
This year, there are 43 vegetarian-friendly menu items at official Outdoor Kitchens and year-round locations!

Garden Graze
If you’re making your way around the EPCOT Flower & Garden, then you definitely should partake in the Garden Graze.
All you have to do is purchase 5 dishes from any of the official Garden Graze locations featured in your Festival Passport. Each time you do, you’ll need to collect a matching stamp for each dish purchased. Be sure to ask the Cast Member working the cash register for the stamp.

Once you’ve collected those 5 stamps, all you had to do is bring your passport to Pineapple Promenade Outdoor Kitchen near Port of Entry to receive a complimentary prize!
Important: You can complete this at your leisure during the festival, but you must complete it before Flower & Garden ends.
