If you’re heading to the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts and are looking for vegetarian dishes, go no further!

Dates for the 2027 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts haven’t been announced yet. In 2026, the festival ran from January 16 through February 23. The following information is from 2026. Stay tuned for the latest details.

Despite Festival of the Arts being a super short festival, there’s plenty to enjoy at what I consider my favorite EPCOT festival.

Unfortunately, I was only able to enjoy this year’s Festival of the Arts for one day. That means, I didn’t have much time to eat and drink around the Food Studios. I only tried 4 vegetarian items at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, but they were all very good!

Let’s take a quick look…

Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese

  • Pop Eats (near Port of Entry)
  • $5.99 (DDP Snack Credit)

  • 5/5

In my opinion, you can never go wrong with warm tomato soup and grilled cheese. The grilled cheese is wonderfully cheesy and the tomato soup has a robust tomato flavor.

Sometimes a traditional dish is what you need at a festival, compared to something over the top or unique. Enter the Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese.

Citrus-braised Beet Tartare (plant-based)

  • Gourmet Landscapes (Canada)
  • $5.49 (DDP Snack Credit) (The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine)
  • Returning item
  • 4/5

This is one of the prettiest dishes. The plant-based Citrus-braised Beet Tartare comes with a golden beet “egg yolk,” mustard vinaigrette, pickled mustard seeds, pickled mushrooms, spiced pistachios, and “feta” snow.

I am not a huge beet fan, but I really enjoyed this, especially thanks to the crunch of the delicious crostini.

I appreciate that this is a more unique offering. If you don’t like beets, you should probably skip.

Wild Mushroom Risotto (plant-based)

  • Gourmet Landscapes (Canada)
  • $9.79 (DDP Snack Credit)
  • Returning item
  • 5/5

Good news: the plant-based Wild Mushroom Risotto served with aged parmesan, truffle shavings, and zinfandel reduction remains amazing.

I absolutely love mushrooms and this never seems to disappoint. It’s such a solid savory dish that I’m happy to pay over $10 (with tax) for. You get a decent portion and I think it’s worth the splurge.

Dark Chocolate Torte

  • The Artist’s Table (America)
  • $6.49 (DDP Snack Credit)
  • New item
  • 5/5

Give me all of the chocolate cake, especially when it’s this good.

New this year at The Artist’s Table in America, you’ll find the Dark Chocolate Torte drizzled with a warm chocolate sauce and topped with crispies. Fresh raspberries and whipped topping come on the side.

I recommend eating the cake by itself, to get the full chocolate flavor. Then, try a bite with the raspberries and whipped cream, for science, of course.

The cake was moist and served the right amount of richness. I could eat this every night for dessert.

Did you try any of these vegetarian dishes at EPCOT Festival of the Arts? What did you think?
