If you want to experience Halloween at Disney World, you should plan to visit between August and the end of October/early November.
In 2026, the Halloween season at Disney World officially starts on August 7, 2026 with the first MNSSHP. The last 2026 Halloween party is on October 31, meaning this closes out the spooky season.
Even though Halloween usually doesn’t officially kick off until about the second week of August, the first fall decor in 2025 appeared at the Magic Kingdom on August 10. And come the last MNSSHP, Magic Kingdom will become a Christmas wonderland just as quickly as those Mickey pumpkins appeared on Main Street, U.S.A. during summertime.
If you want to try some of the Halloween goodies, you need to visit before the official holiday season begins at Disney World.
