If you like eating and drinking around Walt Disney World, you’ve come to the right place! Grabbing snacks and beverages are two of my favorite activities when I’m at the parks.
Disney parks snacks and drinks are endless (even more so when menus are constantly changing), meaning it can sometimes be overwhelming deciding what to get.
But, don’t worry, I’m here to help by discussing what I consider the best snacks and drinks at EPCOT. Hopefully these will help narrow down your choices as you walk around the park, especially if you’re vegetarian.
As I continue to eat and drink around EPCOT, I’ll be sure to update this list. Let’s get to my current favorites.

Best Snacks & Drinks at EPCOT
Macaroni & Cheese

I’m always on the hunt for worthy macaroni and cheese. Well, Regal Eagle Smokehouse in the American pavilion delivers every time. This mac and cheese ($5.49) is wonderfully creamy, tastes homemade, and isn’t weighed down with a heavy cheese sauce.
Pretzel Bread Pudding

Did you even visit the Germany pavilion if you didn’t order the Pretzel Bread Pudding at Sommerfest? This costs $4.79 and contains leftover pretzels. Not to mention, it’s slathered with caramel and a house-made vanilla sauce. I’m not even a big bread pudding fan, but this is phenomenal.
Paprika Chips

While you’re at Sommerfest, be sure to order the Paprika Chips ($4.99). These are served alongside the Bratwurst, but you can order them as an individual side. The paprika flavoring isn’t too much, but gives the chips a nice bite and flavor.
Maple Popcorn

Like traditional Disney popcorn, the Maple Popcorn at Canada’s popcorn cart is also vegan — and is pure maple heaven. You won’t be able to avoid this snack ($6.99), because the smell, alone, will hypnotize you.
Chips & Queso

This is a public service announcement to sit down at La Cava del Tequila in the Mexico pavilion. Yes, order a delicious margarita, but also get the chips and queso. You can’t order this at the bar — only if you snag a table (which is first-come, first-served). It is totally worth the $12.00.
Guacamole & Chips

If you’re a guac fan, I love the chips and guacamole at Mexico’s outdoor margarita stand, Choza de Margarita. The tortilla chips come with guacamole that’s topped with mango and pumpkin seeds. You get a decent amount for $12.50 and these are great for sharing.
Espresso Martini

Yes, the Espresso Martini from Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar in the Italy Pavilion is pricey at $18.00. However, it’s one of the best espresso martinis. The cocktail comes with vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, and Italian espresso served over ice.
Pizza

The pizza window, Pizza al Taglio, in the Italy Pavilion is a bit controversial. You either love it or hate it. I like grabbing a slice of cheese ($8.50) here. It makes for a great bite, especially after drinking around the world. Pizza al Taglio’s hours aren’t consistent, meaning it’s not always open.
Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich

At L’Artisan des Glaces in the France pavilion, the Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich is a must order for $8.95. You should definitely try it, especially if the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich is on the menu.
Champagne

I’m a huge champagne fan. Did you know inside the Les Vins de France store you can buy a 5 oz. glass of Veuve Cliquot Brut for $15.00? This is truly a fantastic champagne. If you also love bubbly, give this a try!
Cinnamon Roll with Orange Cream Cheese Icing

I hope this Cinnamon Roll with Orange Cream Cheese Icing from Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe sticks around for a long time. It’s soft, the cream cheese icing is perfection, and the orange flavor isn’t too overpowering. It might not look like it, but you don’t even need extra icing. You definitely get a lot for $7.49.
Golden

My beloved Golden ($12.00) is not the same as the “Golden Fox Imperial Pint” on Rose & Crown’s menu. Don’t get them confused! The former has changed frequently over the years, thanks to the discontinuation of Bass Ale in the United States and the rotation of select taps.
Currently. the closest you can get to the original pub blend I once knew and loved is by asking the bartenders for half Harp and half Sullivan’s Maltings Irish Ale. It really does taste like the original Golden that consisted of half Harp and half Bass Ale.
