This one is for my fellow vegetarians. The EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival has plenty of menu items for vegetarians to try — and the majority of options are really, really good.
The 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival started on March 4 and runs through June 1.

At the 2026 festival, I purchased 12 vegetarian menu items. Several of the dishes are even plant-based, so there’s also plenty for vegans!
Let’s take a look at the 12 vegetarian items I tried at the 2026 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival. I’ve also included reviews and ratings.

12 Vegetarian Items I Tried at EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival 2026
Note: Menu items that qualify as a Disney Dining Plan snack credit are labeled “(DDP Snack Credit)“.
Trio of Dips and Chips (modified)

This remains a favorite menu item. The Trio of Dips and Chips debuted during last year’s Flower & Garden. It was a star then, and still is.
For a really good price, you get a nice-sized bag of house-made potato chips and three dips, including:
- Pimento cheese dip
- Caramelized onion dip (topped with caviar)
- Whipped feta dip
Even without the dips, the chips are delicious. As for the dips, they’re all excellent, but my favorite is the caramelized onion. Speaking of the caramelized onion dip, it comes topped with caviar, but you can order it without, like I did.
This is a fantastic snack — or to eat all by yourself.
Lumpia (plant-based)

This vegan Lumpia comes filled with plant-based pork, green papaya salad, and yuzu sweet-and-sour.
I really love this. The lumpia has a nice crunch and great flavor, even without the delicious sauce. The green papaya salad doesn’t really add much. Overall, the salad is bland, except for its slight bite.
I’m so glad to see lumpia again at Flower & Garden. In 2023, Trowel & Trellis had vegan Impossible Lumpia on its menu served with a Thai sweet chili sauce. So, this is a nice replacement and I hope it keeps coming back.
Lemon Tart (plant-based)

If you like lemon desserts, you need to make your way to Citrus Blossom for this vegan Lemon Tart with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, plant-based meringues, and raspberry powder.
The lemon is perfectly tart, while the pastry is crispy and flaky. This is a standout dessert.
I’m not the biggest meringue fan, but, unlike last year, it did not remind me of styrofoam.
Cinnamon Beignets

Say hello to these new Cinnamon Beignets tossed in lemon sugar and lemon glaze. They’re served with a side of honey mead-blueberry compote.
I’m content with pretty much anything deep fried, especially when it comes to a sweet treat like beignets. While I don’t technically consider these beignets, they’re still delicious.
The lemon adds a nice tartness, with the blueberry compote serving up a subtle blueberry flavor without tasting too artificial or sweet.
These remind me of the former Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites at Flower & Garden’s BRUNCHCOT booth. That’s probably why I enjoyed the Cinnamon Beignets so much, because the Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites were always a favorite.
Poke Bowl (plant-based)

This brand new plant-based Poke Bowl comes with edamame, avocado, mango, pickled red onions, seaweed salad, furikake (dry Japanese seasoning), and umami sauce on a bed of sticky rice.
I cannot rave enough about this. First, you get a good portion size for a decent price. Second, this is such a fresh and flavorful bowl. If you need something light on a hot festival day, the Poke Bowl is it.
Coconut Panna Cotta (plant-based)

I’m not a panna cotta fan, but the new plant-based Coconut Panna Cotta is one I could eat regulary.
It features a cherry gelée and matcha crumb topped with a citrus cookie, plant-based meringue, and flower confetti.
Not only does this make for the most social media-worthy photo, each layer complements one another. The matcha crumb adds a nice crunch, while the cherry gelée doesn’t taste artificial. The only con I have is I didn’t taste any coconut.
DOLE Whip Peach (plant-based)

Ever since Disneyland added DOLE Whip Peach to its Tropical Hideaway menu, I knew I needed some in my life. Thankfully, EPCOT Flower & Garden heard my pleas and added Peach to its Swirled Showcase menu.
This is so refreshing and peachy in all of the right ways. If you like peach and DOLE Whip, you need this in your life.
You don’t have to get this in a waffle cone. If you’d like a cup, just ask the Cast Member working the cash register and they will happily accommodate.
FYI: The waffle cones are vegan.
Honeycomb Bowl

The Honeycomb Bowl is new this year, offering a lighter option when you need it.
The bowl comes with herb quinoa, honey-whipped goat cheese, poached apples, and hot honey cauliflower topped with a honey tuile.
I appreciate that this isn’t super heavy and features the right amount of honey flavor. You definitely need to like quinoa to enjoy this, because there is quite a bit of it.
Pizza Bianca

As a big mushroom fan, this new Pizza Bianca did not disappoint. You get two slices of pizza topped with roasted wild mushrooms, garlic cream, mozzarella, cheese blend, truffle oil, and thyme.
I could eat this every day and be satisfied. From the mushrooms, to the garlic cream, to the truffle oil, it makes my pizza-loving heart happy.
This isn’t a regular menu item at Connections Eatery, but rather a limited-time, festival-exclusive offering. Now that Connections Eatery took away the Margherita Pizza, I think Pizza Bianca should become a permanent menu item. It would be nice to have more than just cheese and pepperoni as pizza options.
Garden Vegetable Flatbread

Isn’t this the prettiest flatbread? Trowel & Trellis outdid itself this year with the new Garden Vegetable Flatbread. I hope it returns next year!
The flatbread comes with Boursin Crumbles Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese topped with roasted vegetables and arugula salad. You get a massive slice that’s certainly shareable.
The vegetables are beautifully cooked, the crumbles are pure goodness, and the crust is the right amount of crunchy. I had this twice and it was spot on each time.
Japanese Curry Bread (plant-based)

Steamed bao bun, who?
This is not listed on the menu as vegan, but it is. The Japanese Curry Bread is a golden, crispy fried bread filled with a fragrant Japanese vegetable curry. The breading has a slight sweetness, while the filling has a beautiful curry flavor. This is truly the perfect snack.
If this Japanese Curry Bread isn’t on the menu in 2027, I can say with utmost certainty that many vegans and vegetarians aren’t going to be happy.
Potato Pancakes (plant-based)

For as many times as I’ve been to Flower & Garden, I can’t remember a festival where these plant-based Potato Pancakes weren’t on the menu.
The Potato Pancakes are topped with applesauce, but I ordered mine without. The applesauce is also vegan-friendly.
These are popular, and for good reason. Who doesn’t love potatoes in pancake form? These are similar to the potato latkes served during EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.
Did you try any of these vegetarian dishes at EPCOT Flower & Garden? What did you think?
