Dining at Walt Disney World can be overwhelming. There are a lot of restaurants to sort through, especially if you’re a first timer.

Well, no need to feel overwhelmed, because I’m here to help you figure out the best place to eat if you’re vegetarian, like myself.

Hollywood Studios is a whole vibe for many reasons, especially thanks to the food and drinks across the park. Most of the dining here is well-themed and offers great selections, including vegetarian dishes for lunch and dinner at several Quick Service spots.

To be clear, the following only includes locations serving actual meals. Here are the best vegetarian Quick Service restaurants at Hollywood Studios.

ABC Commissary

ABC Commissary is located on Commissary Lane. This is a popular dining location that gets busy during peak lunch and dinner times.

More often than not the line is almost always out the door (or at least close to it), so plan accordingly, and take advantage of Mobile Order.

As for what to order, I love the vegan California Burger for $13.99.

This comes with a seared Farm Fresh plant-based burger topped with sriracha mustard and balsamic-glazed grilled peppers and onions, a “mayonnaise”-ketchup blend, lettuce, and tomato.

You also get your choice of side. ABC Commissary has great fries. This is a solid burger that is more unique compared to most standard veggie burgers.

Backlot Express

Backlot Express doesn’t get enough love, specifically for the plant-based Teriyaki Tofu Bowl.

This is such a vibrant and delicious dish. If you’re looking for something other than a vegan burger or standard theme park fare, get this.

The tofu bowl comes with seasoned jasmine rice, marinated tofu, yuzu-pickled edamame, carrots, cucumber, and onions covered with a house-made lemon-tahini-chipotle vinaigrette and sesame seeds.

You certainly get a lot for $13.29 and won’t walk away hungry — or disappointed. Backlot Express is in Echo Lake next to Star Tours: The Adventures Continue.

Docking Bay 7 & Food and Cargo

Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge has some of the best Quick Service food across Disney World.

It gets busy and for good reason. You don’t want to sleep on Docking Bay, whatsoever, especially if you’re vegetarian. Also, utilize Mobile Order!

While I miss the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread dearly, the plant-based Felucian Falafel and Hummus Garden Spread is a stellar choice for $13.29.

You get chickpea falafel, roasted beet hummus, and beet-tomato cucumber relish topped with garlic toum sauce and served with grilled pita.

It’s such a pretty and tasty dish, not to mention filling. You get a very nice portion size.

Ronto Roasters

Another popular dining spot in Galaxy’s Edge is none other than Ronto Roasters. The Quick Service restaurant is known for its Ronto Wrap. While the standard isn’t vegetarian, there are other options.

First, the vegan Zuchii Wrap. This comes with grilled zucchini, smokey chickpea-onion slaw, creamy garlic-tahini sauce, and fresh cilantro wrapped in pita bread. Keep in mind there is a slight bite.

This is definitely on the pricier side at $12.99, but there’s no arguing it’s good.

I’d be remiss if I also didn’t mention there is also a fantastic vegan breakfast wrap — the Triple Suns Breakfast Wrap. This costs $11.99 and is served with a plant-based egg, smoky chickpea-onion slaw, and roasted tomato sauce wrapped in pita bread.

Note: Ronto Roasters closes somewhat early (usually at 3 p.m.), so pay attention to hours during your visitDocking Bay 7 Food & Cargo does serve the standard Ronto Wrap after Ronto Roasters closes for the day, but not the plant-based offerings.

Woody’s Lunch Box

Toy Story Land has an extremely well-themed and admired Quick Service location — Woody’s Lunch Box, an area created by Andy turning his lunch box into a walk-up window serving delicious eats and drinks.

One of my favorite dishes here includes the Plant-Based Totchos that are served over potato barrels topped with “chili,” “cheese,” green onions, and corn chips. You get a massive portion for $10.49.

You can also order a regular or vegan grilled cheese sandwich for $10.99 that comes with a side of potato barrels, a mandarin, or a small cup of tomato-basil soup.

The regular kids’ grilled cheese meal for $6.99 is also a good choice if you want something smaller. It comes with half a sandwich, a mandarin, potato barrels, and a choice of drink.

And, of course, you have to order a Lunch Box Tart (similar to Pop Tarts).

Sometimes you can find specialty and seasonal flavors, but I’m partial to the Raspberry Lunch Box Tart for $4.99. It comes with raspberry marmalade coated in a strawberry fondant and crispy pearls.

There is limited outdoor seating at Woody’s Lunch Box. This area is constantly busy, so be prepared that there might not be a table available. And definitely take advantage of Mobile Order.
