Via Napoli, aka Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, is a popular Table Service restaurant in EPCOT.
It’s located in the Italy pavilion, which is also one of the busiest spots in the World Showcase thanks to the drinks and cuisine.

If you’re looking to dine inside the Italy pavilion and are also hoping to try some delicious pizza (and other Italian fare), Via Napoli might be for you.
Here’s my review from when I last ate with my family at Via Napoli on Christmas Day, December 25, 2024!

What is Via Napoli?
Via Napoli is a third-party dining location in EPCOT’s Italy pavilion, meaning it is run by the Patina Restaurant Group.

You can find authentic Italian cooking here, including pastas, salads, desserts, and, of course, the famous pizza cooked in wood-burning ovens named after the 3 active volcanoes in Italy — Mount Etna, Mount Vesuvius, and Stromboli.

Speaking of the pizza, you’re served traditional Neapolitan pizza with thin crust and the freshest of ingredients. Oh, the water used to make the pizzas is even sourced from a spring similar to Italy’s Campania region!
Like with most other Disney World restaurants, I highly suggest making dining reservations for Via Napoli.
How much does Via Napoli cost?
The cost to dine at Via Napoli depends on what you order. For example, small plates (Antipasti) range from $8.50 to $23.00, pastas range between $27.00 and $31.00, and pizzas range from $21.00 to $60.00 (based on toppings and size).
Entrees for kids run from $11.00 to $11.50. There are also cocktails, desserts, and more you’ll have to factor into the cost.
If you’re on the Disney Dining Plan, it is accepted here (1 Table Service credit per person for lunch and dinner).
Annual Passholders receive 10% and Disney Vacation Club Members receive 15% off the regular price of food and non-alcoholic beverages (excluding tax and gratuity). Discounts are not valid on Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
Below is a look at the Via Napoli menu. There are also allergy-friendly options, but guests will need to speak with a Cast Member about their allergy-friendly request(s).

Via Napoli Review
I want to start off this review by saying my dinner at Via Napoli was delicious. My family and I loved everything we tried, but it was very crowded and service slowed towards the end of the meal.
After finishing our main course, we ordered dessert (the cheesecake to share), but we ended up telling our server not to bring it because it was taking forever. We sat for probably at least a good 20 to 30 minutes and dessert never arrived.

All that said, we dined during a busy time of year — on Christmas day. It was definitely crowded. Plus, Via Napoli is a popular restaurant. From the time we sat down to the time we got our pizza, the dinner crowd increased. The time of year could have very well impacted the speed of service.
As disappointing as it was to not get dessert and to have to wait as long as we did just to tell our server not to bring it, overall, the meal was very good and our server was beyond nice.
I’ve eaten at Via Napoli plenty of times prior to this and service was never this slow. This is all definitely something to keep in mind when booking here, especially if you’re dining during a busier time of year.

Now, let’s discuss my meal. I started dinner with a 5 oz. glass of Terre di Bacco Prosecco for $13.00. This tasted like your typical glass of Prosecco.
Next, we ordered a House Salad, which serves two, for the table. While this salad is listed at $9 — it is priced per person. So, in total, this was an $18.00 salad. It’s definitely on the more expensive side for a salad that comes with mixed greens, cucumber, pepperoncino peppers, peppadew peppers, diced tomatoes, olives, and balsamic vinaigrette.
The salad was light, fresh, and a nice accompaniment to our pizza. There was also plenty here to serve my family of four, even though it says it serves two. But, I probably wouldn’t get it again, especially based on the price.

Finally, our pizza. We got the half-meter Quattro Formaggi for $57,00, a white pizza with mozzarella, parmesan, fontina and provolone.
If you’re a fan of white pizza, this is for you! It was excellent. I truly think Via Napoli has fantastic pizza. There is always the perfect ratio of toppings to crust.
You’re probably thinking, “You paid $57.00 for a pizza?!” We sure did, but let’s put this into perspective.

There are three different sizes of pizza you can order at Via Napoli: an individual (serves 1), a large (serves 2 to 3), and the half-meter (serves 3 to 4). Pricing varies based on the size and toppings.
Seeing as there was four of us dining together, it only made sense to get the half-meter, which came with 12 slices. It was plenty! Appetites will vary and this may not be enough for some people, but the salad and 3 pieces of pizza definitely filled me up.

If you dined here and decided to split the $57.00 between four guests, you’re only paying $14.25. This does not include tax or gratuity, but it’s still a pretty good deal.
Some may think paying almost $60 for a pizza is ridiculous, but if you do the math, it’s really not that overpriced. You’d probably pay that much (or more) if you ordered individual entrees. And, yes, I think this pizza is worth the price.
Is Via Napoli worth it?
I think Via Napoli is worth it for pizza and Italian lovers. The restaurant serves excellent pizza. I’ve never had a bad pizza here, and I’ve tried several. I still need to try the pasta dishes, which I plan to do next time I dine here.
Note: the pizza at the pizza window, Pizza al Taglio, next door to Via Napoli is not the same pizza and not as good.
If you’re looking for a good slice of pizza that’s not from Quick Service, this is a great place to do just that.
While my service was on the slower side this time, I still enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere. It didn’t discourage me from wanting to eat here again.
There are some individuals who don’t care for Via Napoli and think the pizza is overrated, but I think it’s pretty darn good for Table Service theme park pizza.
Have you been to Via Napoli? What did you think?
