Wine Country Trattoria Review
If I see cheese and bread on a menu, I have to order it. Of course, I started my meal by sharing the Pull-Apart Cheese Bread with my family.
This was plenty for four adults. For $11.00, you get a sun-dried tomato focaccia with a whipped herbed ricotta, mozzarella, tomato coulis, chile flakes, and micro herbs.

The bread was tasty, the whipped herbed ricotta was delicious, and the chile flakes added a nice bite. I didn’t hate this by any means, but I have had better breads at other restaurants.
If you’re looking for something on the lighter side, the plant-based Tomato Salad is an excellent choice for $12.00.

This comes with citrus-marinated tomatoes, house-made ricotta, pesto, basil, and watercress with sourdough croutons.
The tomato salad is just as good as it looks. As a tomato fan, this did not disappoint.
Finally, for my entree, I ordered the Aglio Olio, a plant-based pasta tossed with seasonal vegetables, garlic, chile flakes, and a lemon olive oil-white wine sauce.

I enjoyed this pasta a lot. Not only do you get a decent portion, but it’s a beautiful dish. I’m all about a lighter pasta and not one drowning in sauce, especially on a hot park day.
The vegetables were fresh and the sauce wasn’t greasy. I think it’s worth the $22.00 and I would absolutely order this again.
Is Wine Country Trattoria worth it?
I enjoyed my meal and time at Wine Country Trattoria. I would go back again just for the Aglio Olio.
The pasta and the tomato salad are two solid options for vegans and vegetarians.
Is this the best meal I’ve had at Disneyland Resort? No, but I still liked everything I tried. Plus, the service was top-notch and our server was beyond efficient.
One of the other things I liked about Wine Country Trattoria is the layout of the restaurant. The tables aren’t on top of each other and there was plenty of space to enjoy our meal without feeling overcrowded.

While there is indoor dining, it’s not enclosed with windows and doors. The doorways lead directly outside to others table. This isn’t something you normally get at Walt Disney World thanks to the weather, so this was a nice change when it came to dining.
This also served as an early surprise anniversary dinner for my parents. It was reasonably priced, with a relaxed atmosphere and good food. It was a nice way to celebrate my parents and their 47th wedding anniversary.
If I walk away happy and satisfied from a restaurant, then I count it as a good meal. That’s exactly what happened during my first time eating at Wine Country Trattoria.
